How to Soft Reset : To soft reset your Nokia Lumia Switch On the Mobile and disconnect from the charger.
Then press and hold the
power key +
volume down key for about 15 seconds until the phone vibrates and
restarts.
How to Hard Reset Nokia Lumia:
To hard reset press and hold the
power key +
volume down key +
Camera Key for about 15 seconds untill the phone vibrates and restarts by itself.
Until it vibrates,after that you have to release all the keys then phone will vibrate 3 times. All your data will be lost and the formatted has been done! Successful.
