I already explain this on how you can remove the security or pattern on itel it1501 and it1502 together with it1503, this was very easy to do it your self.
Firstly Power Off the phone or remove th e battery press the power key while holding volume down key - immediatly release power key press and hold volume down key - simultaneously now you will see android recovery logo/mode like this picture below.
Then scroll down to wipe data/factory reset.
Use volume down to yes /// wipe data/factory reset.
Also press volume up to reboot the device.
Congratulation you've done resetting/formatting everything on your itel smartphone.
