Just follow this simple steps :
1. First Backup all data i.e Contact, Memo, Calender,etc. You can find 'Backup' menu from setting menu on your phone.
2. Move important files from phone memory to memory card.
3. Switch off the phone.
4. Then Remove your memory card and SIM card.

5. Insert Zero balanced SIM card in case of different SIM card to save SMS sending cost of Mobile tracking. In normal situation your usual SIM is ok.
6. Just Dial *2767*8451# for Reset the passwords stored on your samsung mobile phone along with Mobile tracker.
7. Dial *2767*3855# for master reset. This will format all files and apps that is on phone memory.
8. Your phone will be restarted.
9. Now your phone interface has been reset and format successful.
